I remember I had an old achievement mod also, so i disabled that, loaded in and re-saved, but no change. Load up the new city again and it just gives me unlimited now, seemingly no matter what. Loaded a different save, and the mod is off for sure, that city is fine. Loading up and yep, i have unlimited money. But when I go to load game, it shows the Bank as the infinity sign. Save, Main Menu, disable Unlimited money. But i ran out of cash, couldn't take out loans as that's a 500 person milestone.
Then make enough money quickly to cover it. I started a city, did what I (thought) always do, which is just instantly pause, and build a road infrastructure using all my cash, then take out both loans to finish it and build a power plant and zone. Not sure if I'm mis-remembering how it works or if something was patched in. Have suggestions for the sidebar / topbar? Mail the mods!
